They hold $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and for weeks, the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I could get was a bot telling me it was 'in transit.' I desperately wanted my money back and felt utterly compelled to leave this review and relentlessly engage with customer service because whatever happened to customer service?

Customer: Hello, I need an actual person. My order #105081183, placed on February 24th, never arrived, and I still haven't received my $246.00 refund. The tracking is stuck, and all I get are bot responses. CS Rep: I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced, especially with the tracking and the difficulty in getting a human response. I see here your order was indeed placed on February 24th and shows as undelivered. I understand your concern about the refund. Customer: Concern? I want my money back! It's been weeks, and I've heard nothing but automated messages. What are you going to do about this? CS Rep: I completely understand your urgency, and I'm very sorry for the delay. I'm processing your full refund for $246.00 right now. You should see it reflected in your account within 7-10 business days. I've also noted the issue with the tracking and bot responses so we can improve. Customer: 7-10 business days? After all this? It's atrocious that I had to go through the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General just to get this far. CS Rep: I truly regret that you had to take those steps. My deepest apologies again for the unacceptable delay and the poor experience. The refund is initiated, and you will receive a confirmation email shortly.
